  • Believe/have faith - John 8:24; Mark 16:16

  • Repend of his sins - II Peter 3:9; Luke 24:46,27

  • Confess that Christ is the Son of God - Mathew 10;32,33

  • Be baptized/immersed for the remission of sins - Acts 2:38

  • Remain faithful until death - Revelation 2:10
